HELP MY LITTLE FPS

I have 8GB Ram An AMD FX 6300 GTX 560 Ti MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard

And I'm getting 17-25 FPS on potato graphics on rust 😩 Is there any cheap way I can salvage my first built PC or is it time for another project? 😢
