Missing deposit for 12 days

Dear Bitfinex Team,

I have a missing deposit on my Bitfinex margin wallet: The support ticket number is #399785. It would be great if you could help me. It may be due to the fact that the funds were send from Lykke Exchange in form of a smart-contract, which I did not now in advance.
