Announcement of a friend opening a legendary should stay longer!

The start of the pack opening season a week ago made me realise how short the announcement lasts. Sometimes we can be busy doing other things and the sound comes on and then only have 1-2 seconds to see the whole announcement.

I'm talking about the small text box that comes next to your friend list button (bottom left). I don't have a screenshot of this and it could also be used for other things.

Edit: Obviously there should also be the option to suppress announcements.
