First time visiting Portland with my GF

Hello everyone my girlfriend and I decided to go to Portland for the weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary! We're both in our mid 20s and are looking for some rad things to do from 09/29 to 10/01. If anyone could recommend anything that would be awesome!
