New sidebar description

As a political science graduate student, I subscribed to this sub expecting to find a community of people either studying political science or at least interested in the academic enterprise of our field. What I find in at least 2/3 of the posts here, however, are people who have no understanding of what political science is, posting questions that, although about politics, are not really questions for/about political scientists.

I am writing this post to ask the mods of this sub to change the sidebar description to provide a working definition of what political science is, or else create a sticky post with the same, in order to stave off the influx of those who do not wish to discuss political science.

I know that the sidebar currently provides a link to r/PoliticalDiscussion, but I believe we need to do a better job of informing users that political science is not just "a degree in talking about politics" and, as such, this sub is not for that purpose.

Thanks!
