Can I cancel a subscription, then reapply it using the free amazon prime twitch subscription without losing the 2 year badge?

Hey everyone! Subbed to a guy for 2 years and I'm not using my amazon prime sub. I'm wondering if I can switch the methods so I don't have to pay 5 bucks? Does anyone know? Thanks
