NMom wants me to download tracking app

I am 21 years old, completely independent financially and otherwise, and live in my own apartment with my boyfriend.

NMom wants me to download a tracking app called Life360 "for emergencies". Obviously this is a big ol FUCK NO. NMom recently need boyfriend's DOB for a trip they're sending us on. In the course of 30 minutes, my mom messaged me repeatedly through Kik, called, and texted. I, ofc, was napping with my volume off, and didn't wake up for another 30 minutes. I woke up to all these alerts and seriously thought someone had died.

Obviously, I'm not gonna download it, but I have no idea how to respond.
