ESI market changes?

I have a program that used ESI REST api, now the command doesn't work and I'm wondering if something has drastically changed?

Example URL I was using...

http://esi.tech.ccp.is/latest/markets/10000002/orders/?datasource=tranquility&order_type=all&location=60003760&type_id=28205
