Mod acting up

So about a week ago I got new batteries for my Dripbox 160I got efest 20amp 3000mah. Let them fully charge. Well last night I got my battery reading at 1 bar but forgot to plug it in. I've had it on the charger now for 3 hours the mod is showing it's charging but it hasnt actually moved.. has anyone had any issues like this? May try taking them out and charging them one by one in my Pico. Trust me I know I need an actual charger for them.
