Demolition Skin/Bug?

Haven't played RL in a bit and got demoed in one of my first games. As the screen focused on my demo explosion (while I waited for my car to respawn) I noticed a floating bunny holding a carrot above my car. My first thought was that they added skins for demos, but that doesn't seem to be the case. What the heck happened?

I'd like to point out that I got demoed on the wall, so the camera was focused on the outside of the arena looking in.
