Recruiting Players for a competwtive clan

Hello folks, I am interested im forming a competwtive team and am looking for players. A bit about me: I have been plaiyng Nilfgard since I got the game and have done so competwtively until 4.270 MMR. I'd like to recruit players who also main a faction with a lot of expirience with it so we can exchange our knowlege and get better together. I am 22 years of age and live in Germany. You can post some info about yourself here and if you are interested in a competwtive team, you can apply here: http://www.guilded.gg/#!CtWl6wkZEg

P.s. I also need a coach who will analyse our games and help the players get better. MMR is irrelevant, what matters is expirience and knowlege of all the META decks and their strengths/weakneses.

I always wanted to go competwtive in any game that I played, but I've got the feeling that in Gwent I might be beter off than in other games (shooters mostly). Looking forward to some interesting applications :)
