Buy Rise of The Tomb for PS4 or future PC ?

I have waited for so long to play RoTT for the simple reason that I want to play it on max settings on a future build. But at the same time, PS4 is having sales (it's€25 right now) and I tried the demo of the game and it's quite good graphically (and story wise of course).

What do ?
