Used iPhone SE Features on Carrier. Model 1662.

Hello,

I want to get a used iPhone SE. When shopping does it matter which carrier I get so long as it's a 1662? I've heard there are some features that won't work on my carrier, verizon, if I get a phone from straight talk, or equivalent. This donen't make much sense to me as they all use the iPhone 1662.

Thank you for your time!
