5 months in and just had third check-up, no change to low-dose medication?

So I've just received a call from my doctor after my most recent blood work done, and I was told that my medication isn't being "upped" and I'm slightly worried that I'm going to fall behind where I should be.

My first visit (beginning of HRT), I was prescribed 1mg Estradiol, and 50mg Spironalactone 2 daily. The next visit, (~2 months into HRT), apparently my testosterone was pretty high (don't remember the numbers she gave me), as well as my estrogen levels (I think they were at 119). She kept my estradiol the same, but upped my Spironalactone to 100mg 2x daily. Anyways, just had my third appointment, and they told me my estrogen was at 122 and is closer to the "normal range", but apparently my testosterone is still pretty high (she said it was in the 300-something? I don't remember what she said exactly). I wasn't prescribed any more spiro or anything however, and instead I had been questioned if I had been taking estrogen from outside sources (which i have not) and they even questioned if I'm remembering to take the 100mg spiro twice per day, which I've been pretty adamant about. They also said my prolactone levels were lower and needed to be monitored a little more closely?

So they said I'll need to make another followup appointment another 2-3 months down the line.

I'm slightly afraid that I'm falling behind (the little breast growth I've had, stopped a month ago), and that something else in my system is out of whack? Or am I simply over-analyzing everything?

I am 28 years old, and 5 months to the day on HRT, with 1mg Estradiol and 2x 100mg Spironalactone per day.
