Autonomous Activator stopped working

I tried to figure it out but it's now annoying me.

I setup a mob grinder all was working, I had loot bags feeding to the activator with orange square pointing at me and moving one at my chest and it worked. So I tried to add a loot recycler to my system set up the pipes and undone what I did.

But now whenever a loot bad goes to the activator it doesn't move to the chest it just throws it out, I can't figure it out it did work.
