Bypassing school restrictions on chrome book with chrome web store app.

So my school has light speed systems and a few other programs that block literally everything (ex. youtube, Spotify, Netflix, etc) the way I access these websites is by downloading an app for it from the chrome web store then it is unblocked. My school made it so you cannot download VPN software but i'm wondering if there are any other apps that have a search function built into it that wasn't made to be used as a VPN but could potentially act as one. Someone please try to find an app that can do this please :)
