WK2 remote start/climate control issues

I know this is a long shot since most of ya'll roll with the older GC's but I seem to have a random issue with remote starting and the climate control not turning on (car doesn't cool during remote start). It's. '16 limited 75th anniversary with lux package.

Dealer of course can't reproduce issue. Any thoughts? I've gone through every uconnect option. No issues during normal operation. Doesn't matter what the ac is set at prior to shut off, and it doesn't always do it.
