Seeking Guidance on a Solid ICO Pay/Receive System

I'm part of a young software firm actively pursuing an ICO. We have patents, a whitepaper, an excellent product, a useful potential token, and other elements of our business which make us particularly good candidates for an ICO.

One thing we lack at the moment is proper guidance for our payment system (the exact means by which we accept bitcoin/ethereum/fiat in exchange for our token). We have reached out to TokenHub and TokenMarket for assistance but they seem quite busy and we have not heard back.

Does anyone with any experience in this space have any advice on a solid payment system? Have folks who have performed ICO's simply built them in-house?
