I’m really upset about the state of the world.  It’s not a personal problem at all.  Sort of an existential what the fuck is this god damn world we live in doing kind of thing.  I don’t feel like fighting everyone else’s ignorance for the rest of my life, I just want to live in a world where people are kind and thoughtful and open minded and non judgemental and not hateful.  I want my daughter to grow up in a country I’m proud of. In a world I'm proud of.  So nice that we have the freedom of speech, but how the fuck is hate and intolerance protected by this speech?  It’s cancerous and the mother fucking president is the catalyst that lets these fucking scum come out of the woodwork and feel emboldened.  Have we learned nothing as a species?  How can ANYONE believe that their efforts to segregate and marginalize and dehumanize humans is worth their time?  How the fuck can anyone believe that this shit contributes to a world that we want to live in?  If these fucking fuckheads got their way, everyone who’s not white would be dead and their vision of utopia would be a homogeneous collection of “their kind”.  Except their kind is the kind that wants to exclude and push down individuals “not like them” so once everyone is blond hair and blue eyed they would still all be the kind of people to find differences among themselves and band together against each other for some other non-meaningful difference and just keep pushing the hate and bigotry around.  We all have so much more in common as a species than we have differences, but we focus on the differences, why?

The link between these closed minded hate mongers and the anti intellectual movement that put 45 in office in the first place makes them impossible to reach.  you can't teach someone to love if they already hate learning.
