[A3][Recruiting] Theseus Incorporated (Private Military Company)

Theseus Incorporated is a realism unit that operates in the form of a Private Military Company.
Our goal is to provide a mature, immersive and unique experience in Arma 3.

Who is Theseus Inc?

• Founded on June 6th 2015 by a veteran group of players, who all have a passion for creating and playing Arma 3 content. Since formation, we have worked diligently in establishing our core features.
• Primarily focused on representing a modern private military force, we take pride in supporting our clients in whatever task is required of us.
• Being a worldwide organization, we find ourselves being deployed in many hot spots around the world, providing anything from VIP security and escorts, to logistical support and reconnaissance and everything in between. No contract will be the same.

Who are we looking for?

• Mature players that are willing to participate in highly versatile contracts in a unique environment.
• Players looking to be fully immersed in a private military force.
• Newcomers and Veterans are all welcome to apply. You won't be left behind, we are a team, our leaders will ensure you won't be going in ill prepared for the tasks at hand.
• We are also very much interested in content creators, mission makers or anyone that is willing to do more than just play, one of our goals is to have a friendly community of members willing to cooperate, share and enjoy each other's work.

Why Theseus Inc?
Our members are developing modifications, content and missions to provide a unique approach to the PMC aspect of Arma 3, many of which are open-sourced and freely accessible to the entire Arma community and beyond.

Some of the most important systems are:

• Chronos - A custom designed in-game persistence system for advanced logistics, constant in-game tracking and more.
• Virtual payment - Compensation for completing missions, allowing you to progress with your gear and afford higher training.
• Armory - We do not enforce standardized gear, you will be responsible for your own apparel, weapons and ammunition, which you can buy on the website and retrieve in-game. Explained in detail HERE
• Licenses and Certificates - Taking on specific roles and using advanced equipment is possible by obtaining different licenses and certificates.
• Olympus - Our recently launched dynamic training facilities used for training purposes, certificates and licenses. Introduction video HERE

Non-technical reasons:

• We strive to have a friendly community who gets together for other games as well.
• Chance to learn, our members, who are experienced in modding, scripting and creating missions, are always happy to point those who want to the correct direction.
• Having fun will always be our top priority, or in other words, realism without sacrificing fun.
