Safe to expose RADIUS server to internet?

I'm using NPS as a RADIUS server on Windows server 2016 at home. I have a wifi network at my cottage and it would be nice to have it use my RADIUS server for authentication. Is it a good idea to expose RADIUS to the open Intenet/what security risks are involved?
