New Dominate Skill Thoughts and questions

I have been just checking out the new cards coming out and to prevent the dominate skill from taking over I have noticed a lot of units gaining resist. This will help against dominate but hurt a lot of other decks like Megacolony,Kaegero, Link Joker, and other control clans that may not deserve the hit. While being a Nova Grappler player and I would like to see a resist unit for the clan but do you guys think that the resist will be over done? For the question I have about the Dominate skill who uses the effects of the skills for things like Rush or other effects that may activate while dominated. Is it still your unit and just being forced to attack or is it considered the dominate players unit? Thanks for any answers you guys can give me.
