Listening Practice with quiz

So I have seen several post on how to improve listening and as it is my own issue and I found these videos helpful I thought I would share. They are from Japanesepod101, but I had never noticed them until recently:

*Absolute Beginner listening

*Beginner

*Intermediate

I found the levels a little harder than I would personally label them, especially for the absolute beginner, the intermediate seemed more reasonable for that level (but then intermediate is a wider range). Still good practice, hope it helps someone.
