How Do Jordan 4s fit?

Looking into getting a pair of Alternate 89s and I'm hearing a lot of different things on the sizing. Some say go up half a size some say down. I usually wear a 9.5 & the pair is a size 9. My foot isn't super wide but it isn't slim either. I have a pair of 6s size 9 that fit well & a pair of 3s size 9 that are too small. What do you guys think?
