Simple but effective buff for 1 speed ops.

don't make them sound any louder than other ops. Being slower is a huge disadvantage in this game: -can't rotate well -can't peek as quickly as faster ops -hit boxes are way bigger and easier to hit -they're also much louder which is a big deal for people wearing sweatphones

Making them sound the same would be a nice buff. 3 armors need some love because being able to survive another bullet or 2 isn't worth all of the disadvantages I listed.
