Full List of *Legends* who should still have a better card coming, along with expected overalls/ notable attributes

EDIT: Jim Rice, Red Sox - 98

I and many others forgot rice was in even in the game. Nonetheless, His mvp season in '78 was a monster one. His hitting attributes will likely be among the elite of the game. I'd imagine something like 93/99 vs RHP and 85/85 vs LHP. His vision might be in the 40s-50s though. Non hitting stats are pretty mediocre, like many corner outfielders. I'd say his closest comparison in the game would be 97 tony perez

Paul Konerko, White sox - 95?

Would likely need to be a posteason card, but would be a great hitting 1B in a long line of them. Likely 80s/90s in all hitting categories. Only potential postseason card i'll mention

Goose Gossage, Yankees? Pirates? - 99?

This card will be unhittable. I'd imagine his h/9 and k/9 will be maxed out, with an improved bb/9 from his 90 OVR card. Will be up there as arguably the best righty reliever in the game with a 100mph fastball and a nasty sinker/slurve combo

Dante Bichette, Rockies - 93

Could very well have all 90s hitting stats depending on how harshly they penalize him for playing in Denver, but poor fielding attributes. Will be similar to Kiner or Ted, but a tad faster. Him being a right fielder may hurt his overall due to weak arm

Harmon Killebrew, Twins - 92

Will basically be the same as 87, but expect contact vs rhp in the 60s-70s as opposed to 39 . Power might be fully maxed as well (is already at (96/99)

Jim Edmonds, Cardinals- 97

Elite power, 80s contact, 80s or higher fielding attributes. Downside will be ~60 speed as a CF , and vision in the low 50s. A poor mans griffey if you will

Jim Palmer , Orioles - 99?

Not too sure on this one, but he seemed to have many many elite seasons so his best card only being a 90 would seem odd to me. Either way a better version of his card with elite /9s would make sense

Eddie Murray, Orioles - 95

He has a great dodgers card this year, but he hit for a bit more power in baltimore while still being a great on base hitter. The power bump will give him a nice overall increase, maybe as high as 97. I feel murray will end up being similar to 94 victor martinez , if you flip their power splits.

Mike Scott, Astros - 99

His cy young season was absolutely nasty , expect crazy good /9s along with a great repertoire. Will probably be one of the more usable legends online compared to others from his time such as morris, stieb, saberhagen, etc

Warren Spahn, Braves - 95??

His current best card is his rookie card. Looking at his stats, he had better seasons later on but not by a wide margin. But, SDS could make a mid-high level diamond out of him if they wanted to. His biggest advantage may be the mental insanity that his slow windup causes

EDIT: 97 Postseason Spahn previously confirmed to be released at some point

Dave Winfield, Padres - 99

Will have worse but still very good contact ratings compared to his yankees card, along with much better power. Maxed out arm along with decent speed. Think a slightly slower version of 99 dawson. Could very well end up a top-5 outfielder

Gary Carter, Mets - Low 90s

Wont be his best card, but still deserving of a diamond for some of his Met years. May or may not happen based on how similar his attributes come in comparison to his expos card

Al Kaline, Tigers - 99

Will have verrrrry similar , nearly matching attributes to 99 Brooks Robinson, only difference being he is an outfielder, so the arm will be of more use. He is long overdue for a diamond card and will get one sometime soon

Roberto Alomar, Indians - 99

This one is pretty easy based on his 1999 campaign . One of the few 2nd baseman that would be a legit 99 at other positions. Will have elite contact and fielding as a switch hitter. He could very well have something like 80/55 power based on his splits that year, which would be good enough to make him the best true 2B in the game IMO.

Yogi Berra, Yankees - 99

His current best card is not representative of his best hitting seasons. Expect more balanced splits along with slight power and contact upgrades to go with his good defense and he's an easy 99. Will probably be a top 3 catcher at the end of this games cycle

Nolan Ryan, Angels/Astros - 99

Might be a longshot since he already has 3 diamonds, but this card would be deadly. Maxed out everything besides BB/9, this card could be a top 5 SP if they choose to reward one of his many great seasons

Johnny Bench, Reds - 99

Elite power, decent contact, and a cannon behind the plate. Expect him to be an end game catcher and potentially the best catcher in the game if you prefer power hitters

Joe Morgan, Reds - 99

Another "True 99" despite being a 2B, expect this morgan to be an endgame option. Elite contact. 70s power, blazing speed, elite defense. If I'm wrong on my alomar power prediction, this Morgan likely will become the best 2B in the game. The perfect 1 or 2 hitter in nearly anyones lineup

Mike Schmidt, Phillies - 99

The 99 card he just received will not be his best. Expect a similar card but with better contact vs RHP , and nearly if not fully maxed out power. The upgrades vs RHP should throw him right in the conversation for top 3 3B in the game

Tom Seaver, Mets - 99 (already in game but not released until next month)

Looks like an all around nasty pitcher who can give many great hitters fits. Another old school pitcher who will be competitive online. Could very well see a second 99 of him as well, as the version set to be released next month wasn't his most dominant season.

EDIT: Potential PS Legends as suggested by commenters

Reggie Jackson, Yankees - 99

Won his second WS MVP in '78 where he went off in the world series, but had a terrible ALCS. The following year he had a better overall postseason batting over .400 with over a .500 OBP throughout the playoffs, with 4 HR. Regardless of year, this card will have top tiered hitting attributes , with mediocre at best fielding,

Orel Hershiser, Dodgers - 99

This one is likely as well, based on his '88 run. MVP of both playoff series, throwing a shutout in each, along with his other gaudy numbers. This card will presumably have unbelievable /9s along with arguably the best repertoire you can have for a non power pitcher.

Paul Molitor, Blue Jays - 99?

This card depends on how liberal they are with releasing PS cards this year. If they are, this card will be an easy 99 with amazing hitting stats and 70s speed. But, the only significant upgrade from his 96 OVR would be his PWR/L, and his speed would be less than his 96 OVR. Up to this point they have only released PS cards for players where it would be their best version by a long shot, so we'll have to see.

Thank you guys for reading, if there is anything i missed/disagreements on my thoughts, feel free to let me know, especially on potential postseason cards as I only looked at regular seasons unless notified. Lastly, no live series players with potential flashbacks are mentioned, this list was strictly for legends.
