please help identifying a snail species

Hello!

I was walking on the field in Estonia next to a pine forest on the bank of a river and met with a mezmerizing snail. I looked at the beauty what she does for a while and it stuck with me. Started searching the web for this snail species name but couldn`t find it. The thing I found was this gif image of her: http://i.imgur.com/GvbAnPy.gif

I humbly ask maybe someone knows the species of this snail and what is she doing with the eyes?
