Cigars and drinks by Staple Center?

Hey all, going to be in LA for a week starting today and I haven't been able to find much online about where I can go to enjoy a smoke AND drink. A lot of either or. Only place I could find was the Cana Rum Bar but that was a $40 membership fee. I won't have a vehicle at all so something walking distance or short taxi ride would be preferred. Thanks for any suggestions!
