How to get blockers and hrt in north Carolina, raleigh?

Do I have to go to therapy first? Or can I just go to the doctors and ask for it? Or will plain parent hood will do blood work then I can get it from them. I'm only 15 but my mom supports me so really anything works but what would be my best choice? I'm mtf so does plan parent hood also have blockers as long as hrt?
