I smoked weed for the first time yesterday and I have a question

I was at my friend's house and I had 4 shots of vodka and then we passed around a j and a pipe 3 times and I took some pretty big puffs but I didn't feel anything huge. This was around 12-1 am. It's 3:40 rn and I'm getting random lightheadedness and giddiness and stuff. Can weed like make you get high a while after?

TLDR; I smoked weed and drank vodka last night at midnight and it's over 12 hours later and I still randomly get feelings of being high. Is that possible or is it my mind?
