Aspiring DK tank has some questions

Hi,

I'm an aspiring DK tank wannabe. I am mostly playing solo PvE content, and currently doing Coldharbour quests so I can eventually start Cadwell's silver. I've leveled primarily using S&B and I have that tactic down pretty well, but I don't dish out much damage so I decided to put a 2H on the back bar and to level that up.

I've read up on tank builds extensively and I understand them well, except I can't get the required gear anytime soon. My gear is just what I've picked up along the way (it's my first time playing ESO). I reached CP 70 by now.

Having said that, here's a few questions for you gurus out there:

1. Should I try to buy better gear from a guild trader once I hit CP 160 or ask someone to buy a crafted set from now?
2. Should I queue for dungeons as a tank, explaining I have all my skills setup for a tank but I'm learning the ropes so have some patience and I'm a quick learner?
3. I haven't done the PvP campaigns so I don't have access to Aggressive war horn. Should I jump into that and try to earn enough AP to get that skill? I'll probably get smacked but I'm OK with that.
4. I don't have my CC skills setup well on a second skillbar yet, is that cruicial? 

Here's more info on my setup:

• 10 pts health, 54 stamina
• Redguard (by choice as I always play Redguard in Elder Scrolls)
• My tanking rotation is: hardened armor, pierce armor taunt, heroic slash, igneous shield, block, heavy attacks to regain stamina, rinse and repeat. Refresh hardened armor and igneous shields as they run out.
• I have an addon to give me a taunt timer so I can refresh taunt.
• I don't have ranged taunt as I haven't done any undaunted things (seem way too hard solo).
• I also slotted Absorb magic for reduced block costs but don't use it much.
• My ultimate I currently use is standard of might. Works well for solo PvE "oh shit" moments.
