Post 9/11 Gi BILL

I logged on to ebenefits and apply for my post 9/11 gi bill, my enrollment status takes me to the entitlement section, this shows im entitled to 70 percent coverage for 36 months. Now since I did my application online will I also be mailed an COE or will I have to do anything else to receive COE. Also does this entitlement also serve as proof of service or proof of qualification?
