Purchasing Bitcoin Cash with US Dollars

Is there an exchange that offers this yet? Or is the easiest route going to be Gemini/GDAX --> BTC --> Bittrex --> BCC?

I'm just a neutral observer, been following bitcoin since Dec 2012 and this recent fork is very intriguing. I get the arguments on both sides, and I do even think that BCC more closely follows what bitcoin is all about in the first place. Very interesting to see how it all plays out. And would like to get my hands on some BCC at least on a once per month basis.
