buying btc u18

trying to take advantage of the fairy promo but I don't have any btc

coinbase doesn't work for me because I need ssn (do they check this or can I just put in random numbers?)

are there any websites that I can use? I tried paxful/localbitcoins but I can't do deals because my ID would say that I'm not 18
