Having issues finding online games even though I am connected to Xbox Live

So I am connected to Xbox Live, and my internet is working fine but I'm having a hard time finding games on either Black Ops 3 or MWR. It seems like I can eventually find a game of TDM, but I have not had any luck in any other game mode.

My NAT type is open, I have hard reset my Xbox and my router multiple times, so at this point I'm not sure what to do. I'm running a wired connection as well. Everything was working fine about a week ago, and then I came home from vacation and it has been like this ever since. Any help would be greatly appreciated
