Is this a good build?

This is the build I think I am going to go for, it's my first time making the switch from console to PC gaming.

I know how to build a PC from scratch so putting it together from just ordering the pieces separately wouldn't be a problem.

I wanted some advice from the sub on the build I linked, as said above, this would be mainly for gaming as I have a laptop for my normal work. I am looking to play a range of games from CS:GO, Diablo3, Overwatch, H1Z1 KotK etc.

Would this build be good enough? Any problems I may run into while using the build for games such as those? Or if you guys even know of better builds for around the same or lower price, then feel free to link me them.

My budget is around £700 (around $900 (I think))
