The main issue with chogath rightnow isn't his interaction with stoneplate, it's righteous glory

As it stands the reworked righteous glory is ridiculous it's the entire reason Maokai was such an oppressive Jungler until they heavily nerfed his jungle clear speed and why Cho'gath is so oppressive now, it's a better sivir ult at most points in the game and it's relatively cheap and pretty damn gold efficient even without its active, RG was already a pretty big issue item when it applied to your whole team and helped define the sivir meta and in it's current state Defeats one of the primary weaknesses of low mobility tanks and bruisers even more than it did before and Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if we eventually see champions like Xin zhao start picking it up as a third or fourth item to shore up their weakness to being kited or peeled.
