How do I best advertise my local Pokemon go discord?

First post here and I'm on mobile, so sorry for any errors.

I am a rural player who lives in a small town that has a somewhat active player base. However, most players can't or don't meet up. After the legendary raids were pushed out no players would meet at any of the raids. I decided to look for a group online, no luck. So I decided to try to make a change for the players here. How? By making a local discord server, the goal being to unite the player base and allow players to meet up and participate in raids and just talk and chat with the others. My question: How do I best advertise this new server to the local playerbase?
