84 pickup advice.

Approximately two and a half weeks ago my 84 pickup decided to shut off on me while driving. I was fortunately less than 300 ft from a shop and rolled it down the hill for them to fix.

To make a long story short, five carburetors and two failed attempts at returning my vehicle both of which I broke down, I decided to take my vehicle to a different shop.

After speaking with the shop owner that was given a full refund.

Fast forward to today it has now been a week that my vehicle has been in the new shop.

I have only agreed to a 69.99 diagnostic charge and it is now been a week and I haven't gotten so much as a phone call.

I have attempted to call this place twice, both times being told that I would get a call back, to which I did not.

I'm not sure what to do at this point and am looking for any advice as to what to do.
