Help downloading Project Ascension!

I recently tried downloading project ascension and ran into a few problems.

First off-when I try to run the ascension.exe file I get this error: 'The program can't start because DivxDecoder.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'

How can I tell if my DirectX and video drivers are up to date, someone mentioned those might be the issue.

The next problem I am having is opening 'Patch A.' For some reason the default program to open with is uTorrent and its not a torrent. There are no viable options to open Patch A with under 'Open With.'

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
