Painting SSD and HDD

Hello! I have a 2.5" SSD and HDD that I'd like to paint white, but I have no clue where to start or if it is even possible.

Can you paint them as long as you cover the connectors and exhaust hole? What kind of prep should I do? What kind of paint?
