Ordered SIM card from live chat. Been a week and have not received it. What to do?
I ordered a SIM card through AT&T live chat last Thursday for my iPhone 6S that I received as a present on that same day. The dude said it'd take 3-4 days to arrive. Been a week, hasn't arrived through UPS. The tracking link won't load anymore, and last I checked it was at a warehouse waiting to be delivered in my city (Los Angeles area).
I need to get the SIM card ASAP because I need to try the phone out and make sure is in working order and if it's not, there's a 30 day return policy I need to abide by. So my question is, how long do shipments usually take? Should I wait? Or should I go to a store? I feel like going to the store later today and stating my problem, and saying that if the account got charged for the SIM card, then I would like a free one because it's not fair to get charged twice (in a nice way though, it is not their fault that any of this happened).
The only reason I'm so uptight is because my boyfriend ordered 3 movies on SUNDAY from Best Buy that came from the other side of the country and has already received all three movies. I feel like the card should've been here by now. Can anyone give me advice? I'm really antsy since the deadline is nearing with every passing day :( what should I do? What would you do?
