What is the current state of the game?

used to play bit during alpha\early access\original realase...

left for long time due to lack of meaningful new content, laggy\buggy client and servers and pretty much most annoying melee system in exiistence (imho).

so what is your experience with current state of the game? is it playable without freezing\DC's\lags etc? the melee system got some love? there are new maps\game modes?

and most importantly... is it fun?
