Seeing as how Weird Al Yankovic is confirmed to exist in-universe, shouldn't all of the musical references also exist?

Like, wouldn't pretty much every song, album, or artist referenced in a Stand name exist in-universe? Does that mean that in parts 4-6 and possibly 8, everyone is just naming their Stands after music references? Does anyone else find this weird?
