nas advice

Hi,

i am about to upgrade my nas. I have been using a Freenas box.

The setup i have been using is 12x 2TB disks in raid z2, i am about to replace 5 of the 2TB disks with 5x 6TB disks

Im thinking about moving from freenas to a snapraid + mergerfs solution.

My plan is to have 3x 6TB disks as parity, and then use the rest as data disks.

I would like to hear any opinions or advice on this.
