[Request] Roman Von Ungern-Sternberg as Qing Leader

Once taking control of Mongolia as the Qing Empire, a series of events will trigger that details the fate of Roman Von Ungern-Sternberg and the Mongolian territories. One of these options is to place Ungern-Sternbern under permanent house arrest within the Qing Empire as a sort of living trophy rather than execute him or turn him over to the Russians / Soviets.

I propose that should you chose to place him under house arrest a new event triggers that will allow you to grant him amnesty in exchange for being a military advisor / general for the Qing Empire, at the cost of a large amount of political power and a drop in stability.

It seems like such a shame to have Genghis Khan II wasting away in a private villa when we could be fighting our common enemies.
