$3000 Editing/Gaming Powerhouse

• I will be heavily gaming on this rig constantly and also recording and editing videos, as well as streaming but I need to be able to also have background applications open like Sony Vegas, Discord, Spotify, Teamspeak, Chrome, other editing programs, etc. all of these while having games like these running flawlessly: PUBG, LoL, GTA V, H1Z1, Rocket League, TF2, Shaders Minecraft, Just Cause 3, Fallout 4, Heavily Modded Skyrim, lots of AAA games. All this while in maximum graphics while having games still be well beyond 60-100FPS. No lag at all. Future-proof. If I absolutely must turn down graphics for a title a year or two from now, I'll still be 60FPS minimum even at max graphics.

• The core PC. No peripherals.

• Southern California, USA. No Microcenter.

• Not reusing anything.

• Yes I plan on overclocking.

• 1TB SSD. 32GB RAM. I want the Asus Strix 1080 Ti and an Asus Aura ready motherboard. Hue+ and NZXT fans to accompany it.
