evidence based questions

For questions that ask you to find evidence for the previous question, will everything that proves your prev. answer ALWAYS be in the lines of evidence they give you? There have quite a bit of times in my practice tests where the context around the evidence is more proof than the actual evidence itself, which doesn't really prove anything. EDIT: bump could someone please answer this question?
