Obtained a Dell T630, help me make it a server worth keeping!

Hi, I obtained a Dell T630 Server for £300 with 36GB of RAM and a PERC S130 RAID card along with come crappy Intel processor. I posted the exact specs a while ago, however nothing to snappy.

However, I want to make it into a Server worth keeping and was wondering what stuff I'd need to buy. I've got a budget of £500.00

I think I'd need a proper hardware RAID controller for it, as I don't like software RAID. I've already got the drives I'd need so there's no issue there.

I'd want to run about four VM's on it, so not sure if a processor upgrade is in order? I want it to be a File Server, Domain Controller, CCTV Server and hold an install of Sophos UTM 9. Nothing too taxing.

I'd also want some stuff like a front bezel etc but nothing too fancy. Don't have a rack anymore so want some protection!

Anything else I should consider? Do I need any special cables etc for the recommended RAID card?

I want to run 4 2TB drives in RAID 10, along with 2 1TB drives in RAID 1 with the possibility of running 10GB Ethernet to the Server in the future for fast transfer.

Elsewhere in the house I have two HP MicroServers that are used for backups and I'd be configuring a brand new domain etc.
