Replacing part of mirror

I'm curious if anyone knows if it is possible to replace the colored part of the door mirror on a 2013 Civic? Somebody lightly backed into mine, removing a good portion of the paint, but there is no actual damage to the mirror in it's entirety.

I'm looking at junkyard and was wondering if there's a way to get just that specific part of the mirror, or if I'll have to buy a whole mirror in the matching color and install it?

Also, would I be able to buy mirrors with the turn signals on them, wire them, and have them work? Or heated?
